This newly renovated Board shall be the official home of your Tribe for the time being. Of course, you will be unable to fully settle in until you have played the Challenge and completed your flight to camp. But through some subtle stage magic and the vagaries of online spaces you can actually access this board even now! Astounding, I know. So post here as much as you like, or don't. Feel free to improvise activities and even have some 'fun' between takes. You may chat, play games, be serious, be silly, use this thread or start new ones, interact constantly or ignore it completely. It's up to you, but we do hope that you enjoy your time here among like-minded Actors. Also please remember that you are only allowed to send Private Missives to other members of this Tribe.
That's all for now. See you at Tribal Council the Challenge the next Challenge ... at Tribal Council.

Well this does make much more sense.
I still object to all the unnecessary and expensive decorations though. But I won't miss Robert constantly trying to incapacitate me in order to make himself relevent.

And seriously! A tribe swap. The game hadn’t even started. I’m really quite baffled.
I need a drink?!?

I believe those in the business call it a 'Reset Positions' call.

So... I've been hired as the cook of this place? How about we start with an appetiser?
Devils on horseback, hailing from the nation of America. You know what else is American? The television programme Survivor, which our Crew seems to love very deeply.
These oysters are fresh off the coast of Maine. My oysters are particularly delicious and juicy. Mmmm! They are wrapped in bacon, which I know the Frenchwoman loves from what I could talk to her. She also has a liking for quiche.
How about some custard? It goes with everything, babes. These angels are going to be covered luxuriantly with my sweet, sweet juices.

Complain to God for making you this hot. I'm not sure why that was sent whilst I was halfway through the message. It went Wrong!

I'll go ahead and post the starting trigger. My baking sheet is oiled up and I'm ready to go.

(licks lips ever so seductively 😉) With oysters being served....something is going to give!

Post by Sir David Suchet as Narrator on Feb 29, 2024 23:59:29 GMT 10
Warm greetings my fellow thespians, although the word ‘fellow’ there is some what of stretch.
First, apologies for my delay. I was scheduled to arrive earlier but frankly I had better things to do.
Now, to business. Much like, I am sure, your avatars were dazzled and awed by the presence of mine, especially so given this tribe seems to be (rightly) named after me, you are sure to be left speechless as to my arrival. For while my avatar Sir David Suchet is a legend of the stage and screen, I am a legend of the world of survivor. I’ve won countless ORGs, amateur games, 1 day games, 2 minute games, 97 day games, and perhaps, if I am not revealing too much, even the ‘real deal’(although it was in a non English speaking version). Still the ‘real deal’ none the less.
So what am I doing here then you may ask? Well again much like Sir David, on occasion can lower myself to be a man of the people. And while I am sure your avatars took whatever opportunity they could in their brief dalliance, to glean from him, even the smallest hint of guidance to greatness; I hope to do the same for you. In that, perhaps simply the mere presence of my legacy will allow the smallest part of the shine of my star to reflect on to you.
Plus even a man like Suchet has to make a pound, and for every Shakespeare play he was adored for; for every critically revealed portrayal of the eponymous Hercule Perot, there is a Wing Commander and while he and I are the first to admit that sharing the silver screen with the likes of Frederick Prince Jr and Matthew Lillard is hardly becoming of his stature, we all need to eat as they say.
So like my avatar who lowered himself to participate in the nonsense of your avatar’s theatre, I too have lowered myself to participate in this absolute shamble of an ORG. And while this appearance is not for the pursuit of financial game, sometimes a man will call in a favour, and I am not a man to welch on a debt owed or a promise made.
We are all players in this game much like we were all players on your stage. However, I must acknowledge that my part in your theater was small. Merely a narrator of a singular story and not even an active player on the stage. My part in this ORG may or may not be the same. Really, that depends on you my fellow thespians. Should you wish to bathe in the light of my stardom, feel free to visit me in my private dressing room. Or do not. I’ll leave it entirely to you.
I bid you adieu.

Good morning Suchet tribe!
I may have got trigger happy and triggered the next trigger! Whoopsie! (nervously tosses hair) After a much needed rest, I now comprehend what Annie was trying to say but unfortunately it was going into Brandy filled ears so the information quickly went out the other ear hole.
Anyway. I was thinking about what Annie said and she makes a valid point. So from here, I will slow down! We will gather as much info before we move on.
Not sure if it’s worth noting down everybodies 2 fun facts in a spread sheet in case all this info is used later in the challenge.
Also, I apologise for not reading above before I triggered.
Hope you all have a fabulous day! 😘

A very fabulous day indeed, Corporal. I've been busy practicing new recipes and I will stay that way probably until the late hours of today. Pardon my absence but I did make up for it by leaving a great serving of lentil soup for you.
I'm not certain if it's my turn to trigger a new part of the challenge so I didn't?

Can we possibly get some form of communication happening? Where are we up too and what is still required for this trigger phase?
And hello! Pardon my ignorance! I have been quite snowed under with myself and completely forgot about everyone else
