Mr Head Righter, sir, we don't have anywhere to put the challenge instructions.
What do you mean? We built a whole Acting Workshop to house all the Challenges?
Well yes sir, but we haven't rebuilt it yet.
Do the Actors know they're meant to have an entire Workshop?
I don't believe they do, sir.
So then just dump a scroll with the instructions in the middle of their living room.
Won't they notice that's somewhat out of place -
You're forgetting your place right now. I won't say anything to anyone. Will you?
No.

Learning how to run Challenges is clearly a matter for rehearsals Dennis but some light research has uncovered a wonderful ORG series called 'Fantasma', which always begins with a notoriously difficult counting Challenge. So we'll be following their lead in the hope that if our very first Challenge is already proven to work, surely nothing can go Wrong.
In this Challenge, you will be given four counting tasks, all of which need to be completed within fifteen minutes.
To begin playing the Challenge, you will need to add yourself to the Member Group 'Make It Count'. This can be done by navigating to your Profile, then the Groups tab. The moment you click the 'Join Group' button, your time for the Challenge will begin. You should then return immediately to the home page of this forum, where you will see a new board containing the first Trigger phrase for the Challenge (a Trigger is an emboldened phrase made up of only capital letters, for instance - "CAPITALLETTERSWITHNOSPACES").
Open your Challenge thread in your Confessional (you can do this before joining the Member Group, if you like, and leave it in another tab for easey access). Then make a post in that thread which contains the first Trigger phrase. Once posted, it will turn into an image from The Goes Wrong Show along with an instruction to count something in the picture. You will also receive a new Trigger word which will launch the next task.
When you think you have the correct count for the first task, or aren’t sure but want to move on anyway, make a post containing your answer. You may then also post the new Trigger you just received, to move on and reveal the second counting task. You can include the Trigger in the same post as your answer to the earlier task, but must place it on a separate line, underneath the answer for the task you are answering.
Repeat the whole process three more times until you reach the final task, and then simply post your answer for that (without any additional Trigger) to finish the Challenge.
A few warnings: Only the first answer you post for each task will be accepted. And once you post a Trigger for a later task, even by accident, we will no longer accept any further answers for the earlier tasks. Also, if more than fifteen minutes elapse from the time you post the first Trigger, no further answers given afterward will be accepted.
You will note that the each of the four tasks is significantly more difficult than the one before, so we highly recommend that you manage your time with that in mind and be sure to reach the last task with ample time to spare. We also advise that you begin the Challenge at the start of an hour or some other simple, memorable time, so that it will be easier for
The Challenge will be scored based on how close your answers are to being correct. The difference between your answer and the correct count for each task will be added together to give you a final penalty score. So for example, if you were told to count the number of ungrateful children in this screenshot:
![](https://i.imgur.com/ive0881.jpg)
The correct answer would be 6.
If, however, you answered 8, then you would score two penalty points (one for each eye you should probably get tested).
Answering 4 would also score you two penalty points (one for each brain cell you should probably take better care of).
If you time out before giving some answers, you will be assumed to have answered 0 for each, so your penalty score for unfinished task would be the entirety of the correct answer. And to mitigate extreme damage, we also will never penalise anyone more than the total correct answer (so an extremely high answer of 20 in the above example would still only lead to a penalty of 6, rather than 14). If you do not start (DNS) at all, you will be deemed to have timed out before submitting any answers.
The Tribe with the lowest combined penalty score will win Immunity, and avoid having to vote anyone out this Episode. The Tribe with the highest combined penalty score will receive no such protection, and will need to attend Tribal Council on Sunday where the first player shall be voted out of this Game. Some of the numbers to count are high enough that we are confident no tiebreaker will be necessary.
You must complete this Challenge by 9:30pm AEDT (Australian time) tomorrow (Thursday).
Which is also 10:30am GMT (European time), and 5:30am EST (American time).
Which is also 10:30am GMT (European time), and 5:30am EST (American time).
Do not discuss the Challenge at all with your fellow Actors until after this deadline has passed.
We will announce the Challenge results as soon as possible after the deadline, posting them in this thread.
Please do not discuss the Challenge until after this deadline has passed. Also, do not post any Triggers outside of your private Challenge thread.
If you have any questions about this Challenge or how it will work, please ask the Crew either in this thread or in your confessionals, and we will do our best to answer whatever we can. Just make sure that you ask anything and everything before you begin the Challenge, as once you post the initial Trigger we will be unable to help.
