This Episode's Challenge is drawn directly from the eponymous hero of our play, The Pilot (Not The Pilot). Lieutenant Rufus James Heal was, embarrassingly, shot down during his first flight and lost a leg* along with his post. He required a second chance to become a hero, but perhaps you all can finish your mission and land successfully on your first attempt? We shall see. Because over the course of this weekend, you will be* working together with your Tribe to fly around the globe, visiting eleven different continents in a grueling journey, performing vital tasks and picking up critical supplies along the way, however dangerous the conditions. Think of it like a hike where you have the chance to bond together while you walk, carefully.

To begin, locate the designated Challenge thread on your Tribe Board. Then one of your Tribe members should make a post containing the Trigger Phrase "FLYINGTOWHEREIAMNEEDEDMOST". Once posted, you will receive further instructions as well as a new Trigger Phrase to use once you have completed everything asked of you. Post that to uncover instructions with a new task, and also the next Trigger... and continue this process until you complete the final task and land your plane. Every task can gain you a certain number of points, and the Tribe who earns the most points overall will earn Immunity from Tribal Council.
This is a cooperative Challenge and is also fully-non live. So please take note of the following:
- The time you take to finish this Challenge does not matter*. You are aiming to outperform the other tribes in the tasks, not in speed.
- The Challenge is designed for you all to work through slowly over the course of the weekend, as people happen to find themselves present. There is no need to rush through it, or for anyone to stay online when they should be sleeping.
- Most of the tasks* cannot be completed by a single player, but will require a few of you to work together or at least make posts before you can move on to the next task.
- We're not going to tell you how the various tasks are scored, nor many points each one is worth. Just complete them all to the best of your ability.
- Anyone who posts a Trigger is not allowed to post either of the next two Triggers. So if the Flaw Runner posted the starting Trigger, and the Sex Designer posted the Trigger to complete the first task, neither of them would be able to post the Trigger to complete the second task. But if the Composter posted the Trigger to end the second task, Flaw Runner would then be allowed to post the Trigger ending the third task. (In the event that multiple people post a Trigger, this only applies to the person who posted it first.)
- Be mindful of the rules about not exploiting Trigger Phrases; do not attempt to post them anywhere outside your Tribe's Challenge thread, or to circumvent them in any other way. You also should not post any Triggers until you have finished the task you were given alongside them. Using a Trigger to move on before finishing a task will lose you any points you might have gained from that task, and also lose you more points as a penalty. Same for posting (or attempting to post) more than one potential Trigger in a single post - just don't do it!
You must complete this Challenge by 6:30pm GMT (London time) on Sunday night.
This works out to 1:30pm Sunday afternoon EST (American time), and and 5:30am Monday morning AEDT (Australian/board time).
Do not discuss the Challenge outside of your Tribe boards until after this deadline has passed.
We will announce the Challenge results shortly after this deadline. The Tribe who finishes the Challenge with the most points gained from the tasks will win Immunity. The other Tribes will need to attend separate Tribal Councils, and will have until 6:30pm GMT (European time) Monday to submit their Votes. Which is* equivalent to all the same times as the deadline above, just 24 hours later.
If you have any questions about the Challenge, you can post them here in this thread. Otherwise, you may all begin your flight whenever you like.
