Before you begin, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
It turns out that it is impossible to fill in the Map for this Challenge without any lines crossing over each other
Sorry about that...
As a consequence, your solution must have two separate instances of roads intersecting one another to form a cross. If you only make one crossing point, or three, or more, your submission will not count. All the other rules still apply.
For detailed examples of lines crossing, open this spoiler tag:
Here is an example map which would be valid if you only had to include one crossing point:

Note that the yellow and blue lines form a clean cross in the single square where they intersect - one line (the yellow) moves through the square horizontally, and the other line (the blue) moves through it vertically, with no turns. Beyond the one crossing point, every other rule of this Challenge has been followed perfectly.
Whereas this would be an invalid submission:

Note that this is incorrect in four different ways:
1. None of the squares containing two different lines form a 'clean cross' like in the earlier example - there should be no corners touching like with the red and yellow intersection here, and no square that two colours are moving through from the same direction, as is the case where the yellow and blue lines track one another vertically.
2. The crossing points need to be entirely separated, and consist of a single square each. Whereas here the overlap between the yellow and blue lines runs for two squares, and one of those is directly next to the square where the yellow and red lines are trying to intersect.
3. The rule against leaving blank squares has been broken, in the bottom right of the grid.
4. The yellow line forms an unnecessary U-turn across four squares, in the central squares of the first two rows. The rule against this is also the reason why it would be invalid to bend the red line further through all of the empty squares in the bottom right corner.
Here is the map you need to fill in:
