Your task here is simple: use this thread to discuss the legal intricacies of the case, or the terrible weather we've been having, and then please get to business and cast a Vote against one of the other three players. (You do not actually need to discuss the weather, but the real Lawyers insist that you wait until everyone has posted their thoughts at least once before you cast any Votes - consider it a legally binding act of courtesy given that we are playing a non-live Game.) Your Vote must be cast in this thread, by posting: Except you'd obviously replace 'NAME' with the name of the player you wish to Vote against. Make sure you bold and resize the text, and then add the emote at the end by typing the shortcut ": bonk" just without the space between the colon and the word. If you do not format your Vote correctly, it will not count. If you're on mobile, you can copy and paste this code, again just changing the name. I pronounce NAME Not Guilty Now, But Guilty later! In the event of a tied vote, the tied party who performed worse in your last Challenge will be deemed to have been voted out. And remember: If you don't vote, you will receive a self-vote! Once Votes are cast they cannot be changed. And once all four of you have caste a Vote, a Crew member will drop by to inform you whether the player with the most Votes cast against them will in fact be proclaimed Guilty and therefore leave the Game, or whether they will remain Not Guilty and still in the Game for now, if this is a protected Voting Room. We highly recommend that you try receiving some votes... if you think you can still survive them ![:P](http://images.proboards.com/new/tongue.png) You must cast your Vote in this thread before 9:30pm AEDT Sunday night (which is 10:30am GMT and 5:30am EST) However, the sooner you all Vote the sooner you will find out if the player voted out is actually eliminated. And the longer your weekend break will be. And if all the Voting Rooms get their Votes in earlier (which I very much hope they will), we can move on to Episode 5 as early as Sunday morning. Leaving you all with more time to spare next week, which I know we all would need appreciate. Please don't feel pressured or rushed if you're not ready to cast your Vote... but also you have limited options to choose between here so please don't drag it out unnecessarily. If you have any questions for the Crew, or would like us to give you a personalised question, please ask. Otherwise get to discussing, and to Voting.

Say, what evidence do you have of Head Righter defecating in the dressing room of Sir David Suchet? We as the Defence will not stand for it!

Mick, word has filtered through to me that you were the star of the ice-breaker flight for your team. I was unfortunately tied to my seat after touching drunk Santa's sack.

Well this is quite the teeny room isn't it. Am sorry if I do indeed smell. You see I was just cleaning up a horrible mess in Sir David's dressing room.

Ah, I see I have been put into the room of 4. 25% chances I guess happen 25% of the time. Anyway, I have arrived! ![](https://tenor.com/view/cornley-polytechnic-drama-society-mischief-theatre-goes-wrong-show-robert-groves-gif-25381313.gif)

Welcome Trumpeter. ![](https://i.imgur.com/ftfeHJu.jpeg) It has been a while since we have crossed paths Trumpeter. I do hope that life has been like a trumpet - if you don't put anything into it, you don't get anything out of it.

Well, I think I'll be blunt. We are locked out from communicating with anyone else anyway. Sandra as Margaret You know how I feel about you. Jonathan as Ol' Neighbour Joe I ranked you #1 on my list for a reason Annie as Mick the Muscle I am sorry, but there is only 1 way I can vote in this room. Oh a brighter side of things, I am fairly sure the combination of Neighbour and I have a higher than average sum total of votes. And of course there are the two immunities to consider. ![](https://tenor.com/view/the-goes-wrong-show-mischief-theatre-cornley-polytechnic-drama-society-robert-groves-henry-lewis-gif-25664915.gif) I am sorry for bringing the light heartedness out of the room, but I don't have too much time this weekend, and would rather not lead anyone on, when my vote is set in stone for this.

Appreciate the bluntness, Rob. I too would love this vote to be over early on in the round, so we can relish in our weekend. I've enjoyed our time connecting these past 2 rounds. I have heard great things about Magaret from yourself too, and also great things about the Muscle from Vanessa, so it is a bad spot we are in here. I do like to think that this group will be found not guilty or kept safe, and Head Righter has suggested in that case it would be good to receive votes. Unfortunately I feel like I too will have to cast my vote for the Muscle, unless anyone would like to volunteer themself and take their chances?

I actually thank you for your openness Relevant Trumpeter, but probably because the feeling is mutual. I must admit that there was a small part of me that wished for not everyone to rush in here to comment so that we could delay the inevitable (because of the legally binding act of courtesy to post at least once). However there is also that feeling of wanting to progress, but only because we will not be able to put it off forever. Along the same lines as you Trumpeter where you mention that this is our only forum for communicating, I see no harm in saying that Deer Head mentioned to Prosecution that he held the power of giving a room immunity. If I had to guess, I would say that he would perhaps not save our room. Not that he would wish ill of me personally, but I believe he would deem his power was more useful elsewhere. Jonathan as Ol' Neighbour Joe and I are crossing the fence for the first time, so I am fully guided on your opinion Robert as Irrelevant Trumpeter and you know I rate that. So, whilst I do believe my vote is set in stone, I would also like to give the opportunity for everyone to speak candidly should they wish.

I do believe that Diana holds the immunity on the Defence. I would say that there is a greater than 50% chance she uses it on this room, since she can't use it on her own. However I would not rely on that at all. I am hopeful she will though, just so that this vote doesn't have any lasting consequences.
[Trumpeter looks a bit sad]
Either way, I won't lock in my vote until Mick has had the chance to comment. While I don't expect my vote to change in any way, just due to our circumstances, it seems disrectful to enter and vote before everyone has had the chance to read at least.
Joe, Thank you.
Margaret, I appreciate the openness, and I want to say, whatever your vote, I don't want this stupid room to get in between us. As for Joe, I will say he is a lovely person, who I deeply enjoy. And I trust him more than others in the Defense. If you do feel like you need to vote for him I will accept your choice, but I will say that he is a good ally to gain should you wish to take your chances. I don't know how close you are to Mick, if you two truly are good allies it would be hypocritical of me to presume you to break such a bond. The worst we should see in that case would be a draw. Which I presume would come down to a die roll (or a challenge we shouldn't talk about) to decide the outcome, since it will need to be non-live. And there is still a 80% chance I would guess that this room is safe, either to immunity or a high average of cast rankings.

HELLO!!! I DON'T KNOW WHY WE HAVE 1 DAY TO PM A NEW TRIBE BUT 3 DAYS TO TALK IN PUBLIC BUT I GET THAT THERE'S NOT MUCH ROOM TO MOVE HERE. @[MARGARET] I KNOW YOU BUILT CONNECTIONS WITH THESE TWO IN PAST TEAMS BUT I WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU TIE THE VOTE AT THE VERY LEAST FOR ME. I'M NOT SURE HOW TIES WORK OR IF THE HOSTS WOULD JUST NOT MAKE A TIEBREAKER IF OUR ROOM ISN'T VULNERABLE BUT I DON'T WANT TO PRESSURE YOU AT THE SAME TIME. I JUST HOPE TO GET A BIT OF CONSIDERATION HERE BUT UGH, THIS REALLY SUCKS AND I DREADED THIS SITUATION SINCE I SAW THE TWIST. I SHOULD'VE JUST DEFAULTED OR SOMETHING ![:(](http://images.proboards.com/new/sad.png) BTW, DO YOU THINK WE'RE IMMUNE SINCE I'M NOT SURE IF ME/MARGE WERE RANKED HIGH FOR OUR GROUP BUT MAYBE YOU TWO CARRY US?! I THINK OUR CHANCES OF WINNING IMMUNITY IS RATHER HIGH?! NOT TOO SURE BUT LOOKING AT THE GROUPS, I THINK TEAM HARRIS IS GONNA BE DEVOURED ALOT HERE BUT UHM... MAYBE, I'M WRONG ![:)](http://images.proboards.com/new/smiley.png)

I hear you Mick the Muscle. Unfortunately this puts us all in a tricky spot. You see I am not as comfortable as the Defence that our room would be immune. The way I see it is that whoever has the power would probably default to save the room with three of their respective current tribe. Our room however has two from Prosecution and two from Defence. Am also unsure that we would have ranked high.
It is my understanding that if we have a tie then the results of the last challenge will be used to decide who is guilty. That in itself is a game of chance as once again the instructions were not straightforward.
So here I sit with my decision almost on stone. I know that The Trumpet loves his statistics so I will say that I am 96% sure that my vote will be for you Mick. Of course I feel hideous about it but am never a fan of tied votes.

For the record, 'your last Challenge' mentioned above refers to the one in which you were counting money. Which none of you are allowed to talk about ![:P](http://images.proboards.com/new/tongue.png)

I guess we will just have to see. I hope our room ends up being immune, through any number of reasons. This format is really a terrible way to go.
