During most of this Episode you will not be able to send regular PMs.
However, you will be able to send a limited number of these Miniature Parchments:

Here are The Rules for using them!
1. You cannot send a Miniature Parchment (MP) to anyone who you currently share a Habitat with. Talk to them on the Habitat board instead.
During the Planning Phase, your Tribe Camp board counts as your Habitat. So your favourite Tribemates are out of reach by MP for now, until the Food Chain game begins, and you find yourselves residing in different Habitats.
2. You cannot send more than one MP to any player, within a single Round. (And again, the Planning Phase counts as a Round for this.) So if I already sent a MP to the Flaw Runner during this Round, I can't send him another until a new Round begins, with both of us once again in different Habitats.
3. If you die in the Food Chain game, you can no longer send any MPs. And if you're alive, you also can't send MPs to anyone who is themselves deceased. There are no ghosts in the Food Chain, and hauntings were so last week.
4. You only have a limited number of MPs to send!
- Right now, during the Planning Phase you can send up to three MPs.
- When Round 1 begins, you'll be given two more MPs to use.
- When Round 2 begins, you'll be given one more MP to use.
- When Round 3 begins, you'll be given one more MP to use
- When Round 4 begins, you'll be given one more MP to use.
Unused MPs can carry over. So if you want, you can hold back some (or even all) of your first three during the Planning Phase, and then send up to five during Round 1. And if you don't send any MPs at all until the fourth Round (assuming you actually reach the fourth Round alive) then you could in theory send 8 of them off then... if there were still 8 living players not in your Habitat. How you use your MPs, or don't, is entirely up to you. Though we do highly recommend that you finish off with as many unused MPs as possible.
5. To send an MP, follow these steps:
- Copy the above image of the Miniature Parchment.
- Paste it into Paint or some other image editing program of your choice.
- Draw on it. You must draw using only one colour 'pen'.
- Typing and other shapes/symbols/edits/effects are not allowed - you must draw them in by hand/mouse/tablet only.
- Upload your finished MP to Imgur or some other (anonymous) image hosting website.
- Then send a 'PM' to your chosen recipient that consists of only this image, and nothing else.
- You can only send an MP to one person at a time - group chats are off limits.
For example, if the Composter and I were both alive and in different habitats, and I hadn't contacted him yet this Round and also still had an MP left to send, then I could send him this:

Will he be able to read my mouse-writing?
Will he understand my warning about Special Defects?
Was I subtle enough that he won't notice the lie, and extend his stinky protection to my actual BFF?
Who knows!? But that's all part of the fun!

6. The MP image is small, and the handwriting restrictions are difficult. We know this. It is annoying. It is amusing. It is intentional. So: do not try to get around this.
If you break any of the above rules, you will be punished.
If you use even one character from a typed font, or a copied symbol, or more than one colour, or anything else that contravenes the spirit of the MP rules, you will be punished.
If you zoom in and draw things so tiny that it makes the Crew need to zoom in to read it, or if the Crew must otherwise exert any effort whatsoever to see and interpret what you have drawn, you will be punished.
What punishment? Well it's simple. The MP you broke The Rules to try and send will be reposted, publicly, in this thread. And you'll have your right to send any more MPs stripped. And you will automatically be counted as a loser of the Food Chain game, Endangered and eligible to be voted against, even if you actually did fulfill your victory condition. Please do not make us do this.
Any questions? Better to ask now than to be punished later.
